"UNIDOS POR LAS AVES"

Tiene como objetivo principal fomentar el conocimiento, la valoración y conservación de las aves en Yucatán, al mismo tiempo que se crea un mercado local para la observación de aves.

Los dibujos y fotografías de los ganadores se muestran en la tradicional Exhibición "UNIDOS POR LAS AVES" misma que se realiza con la finalidad de crear conciencia y orgullo entre la población local sobre la importancia del Estado para la conservación y el turismo de naturaleza basado en las aves.

The main objective of these contests is to increase the knowledge and appreciation of the bird diversity of Yucatan and to promote its conservation while creating a local market for birdwatching.

With the amazing drawings and pictures from the winners, we organise an exhibition called "Together for birds", which aims to raise awareness about the importance of bird conservation for nature tourism based on birds while fosters pride, among local people, in the great biodiversity of its homeland.
